I've given up on the rework of "Evening in the South of France" for a while, as it wasn't working out for me. Instead, at my wife's request, I'm working on a flower painting for the bedroom. That'll teach me not to redecorate!
I won't be taking part in the 2011 Surrey Artists Open Studios, as I don't really have enough new work to show. I'd also like to make my garage more suitable for showing paintings on a regular basis, so some work is required there.
I'm also reframing a picture belonging to my Sister-in-Law. I made the original frame but it recently fell off the wall and smashed. That means a new frame of about 3'x2', mount and glass.
