As you might expect, I was not selected for exhibiting membership. A further development is that I wasn't too taken by the people that I encountered, so this may well be a non-starter and I'll just have to write off the membership fee.
I'm off to an Adult Education class for advanced oil painters in September, so maybe that will be a better bet.
