Turner exhibition

I've just been to see the Turner exhibition at Tate Britain. Well worth the ticket, especially as I get the old git discount.

I was especially taken with Turner's economy when painting his watercolour sketches. Maybe I need to follow his approach when I'm on holiday.

I was at the exhibition from about 11:00 until about 13:30. There's just so much to see and absorb and I wasn't hanging about!

Definitely recommended. Next up Constable at the V&A for some comparisons.

Is this blog really worth it?

I'm seriously considering abandoning this blog. I don't get round to updating it often enough and I suspect that it doesn't'...
