You may have seen articles and advertisements for Pintar Rapido over the past few weeks. This is a day of painting in the Borough of Kensington and Chelsea on 13 July, followed by a one day exhibition and sale of works on 14 July.
I had been looking for time to allocate to my painting (very difficult of late), so this seemed like a good opportunity to both get some valuable painting time and to get in some plein air painting experience. Realistically, I don't expect to win the £1,000 prize for best picture but I may get a sale, which would be nice.
I'll be posting my results after the event, so look out for further details.
